I began my journey with a simple dream—to be a devoted wife, inspired by family and tradition at the age of 21. Life, however, had different plans. My father encouraged me to pursue law, leading me into a seven-year career as a defense lawyer in criminal law at the Supreme Court of India. As the saying goes, “the seven-year itch” often brings unexpected changes, and it did for me! 🌍 After completing my Master’s in Law in the UK, I discovered a new passion: food. Being away from home ignited a love for cooking, and I decided to take a break from law to study at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok. What was meant to be a year of exploring basic cooking skills turned into a life-altering adventure. As Steve Jobs once said, “connect the dots.” My culinary course led me to a dream job at Gaggan, the iconic restaurant in Bangkok owned by Chef Gaggan Anand.
